After graduation from college Evangeline worked in the business field for five years. She left active employment for ten years to raise a family. She returned to work in the Sullivan County and Bristol, TN school systems for almost seven years. She came to the decision she was ready for a career change and accepted the newly created position as BurWil’s full time Safety Director. Evangeline has instilled in the company a renewed passion for safety and she has earned the respect of all of BurWil’s employees. Her efforts have resulted in the company enjoying an excellent safety record which has reduced the company’s experience modification factor by 50%.
