Janice began working for BurWil on a part time basis while attending Bristol Commercial College. Upon graduation she accepted a full time position in the accounting department.  Over the next fifteen years she gained the experience and expertise that qualified her to assume full responsibility for all of the company’s accounting functions. She was elected Treasurer of the company in 1991.
