This 85,000 SF former Kmart building has been transformed into EO’s new headquarters, now featuring modern offices, conference rooms, and collaborative spaces for employees. Half of the building is dedicated to Ballad Early Learning Center, blending innovation and community. Architectural services provided by BurWil Design in collaboration with Thompson & Litton.
