As the general contractor, the project plan was to build upon the existing infrastructure of the athletic complex, transforming it into a cohesive promenade that connects all program elements and efficiently integrates utility services. The existing field house was renovated to accommodate a ticket booth and public restrooms, enhancing functionality for visitors. Positioned along the central axis between the main entry and the new stadium, additional structures were constructed to house football and soccer fieldhouses, along with an elevated viewing and filming terrace above, creating a unified and functional athletic environment.
