We partnered with a local architect as the general contractor to bring the Summer Place Condos in Greeneville, TN to life, overseeing construction while ensuring the design vision was carried through every phase of the project. This collection of private residences reflects a modern, sophisticated approach, with units ranging from 924 to 2,100 square-feet. Each condo was thoughtfully planned to maximize space, natural light, and functionality while maintaining a refined aesthetic
