The 16,700-square-foot athletic facility was constructed to support football and other team sports programs while accommodating both home and visiting teams for games and practices. As general contractor, the project included development of modern athletic spaces designed to enhance player preparation, training, and game-day operations.

The main level features home and visitor locker rooms complete with showers, equipment rooms, coaches’ locker areas, and a fully equipped athletic training room. The second floor includes a president’s lounge, alumni lounge, observation deck, and three classrooms capable of accommodating up to fifty students each, creating a multifunctional facility that supports athletics, academics, and university events.
