First Bank & Trust Operations Center

This operations center is an adaptive re-use of an existing Rite Aid into an 11,000 SF office space that will provide new operations support for First Bank & Trust. A focus was put on efficiently re-using existing infrastructure while providing a modern, collaborative workplace. The design is a combination of communal and individual spaces incorporating company branding with the color red used as accents throughout. The Abingdon headquarters is located across the street so there was a goal of creating a “campus” feel where the buildings coordinated with each other. The Operations Center was designed to be a modern reference to the more traditional building across the street.
