A design-build renovation project that transformed a historic building—originally constructed in 1922 and rebuilt in 1956—into a vibrant, modern entertainment destination. The redevelopment reimagined the existing structure while preserving its character, converting it into a dynamic social hub for dining, recreation, and community gathering.

The facility now features eight duckpin bowling lanes, an arcade area, a full-service restaurant, and a bar, creating a well-rounded entertainment experience under one roof. Through a design-build approach, the project team streamlined delivery, coordinated architectural and construction elements from concept through completion, and adapted the existing structure to support new mechanical, structural, and operational demands.
