As general contractor and, in select phases, design-build partner, BurWil played a key role in the development and continued expansion of The Pinnacle, a premier mixed-use shopping and entertainment destination serving the Tri-Cities region. The project included large-scale site development, retail shell construction, tenant build-outs, infrastructure coordination, and phased expansion to support a dynamic mix of national retailers, restaurants, hospitality, and entertainment venues.
