The 11,560 square-foot Early Learning Ballad Health Center was delivered as a design-build project, allowing for a seamless collaboration between the architecture and construction teams from concept through completion. The facility was carefully designed to provide a nurturing and inspiring environment for children, with consistent neutral colors, warm, natural lighting, and thoughtfully selected artwork that together create a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. By integrating design and construction from the outset, the project achieved a balance of functionality, aesthetics, and comfort, making the center a truly engaging place for children, families, and staff alike.
