The 21,295 square-foot boutique hotel at Nicewonder Farm & Vineyards Inn was delivered through a design-build approach, resulting in a thoughtfully crafted hospitality experience that blends comfort, elegance, and the surrounding natural landscape. Designed to complement the character of the farm and vineyards, the inn features refined finishes, inviting guest rooms, and carefully curated common areas that create a warm, upscale atmosphere. The collaborative design-build process allowed for seamless integration of architectural vision and construction, ensuring a cohesive, high-quality space tailored to enhance the guest experience.
