Delivered through a design-build approach, the project transformed the historic residence hall originally constructed in 1912 and expanded in 1929 into a modern hub for student services and academic support. The renovation created a new student success center, updated office spaces, and enhanced areas dedicated to improving student engagement and campus resources while preserving the character of the historic facility.
The residence hall also underwent a comprehensive facility “tune-up” that included replacement of 314 windows and screens, fresh interior finishes, updated plumbing systems, and other infrastructure improvements designed to extend the life of the building and improve overall functionality.
