Delivered through a design-build approach, the project included an 87,000-square-foot expansion to the existing 400,000-square-foot main assembly plant, enhancing manufacturing capacity and improving operational efficiency. The project also featured construction of a new 22,500-square-foot corporate office facility to replace the headquarters lost in the May 2017 fire.

The new LEED-certified office building was designed to provide a modern, energy-efficient workplace with updated amenities, collaborative office environments, and sustainable building systems. Through close coordination of design and construction, the design-build delivery method streamlined scheduling, improved project efficiency, and allowed the team to successfully complete the expansion while maintaining ongoing plant operations.
