The Bristol Renaissance Center, formerly known as the E.W. King Building, is a 75,000-square-foot redevelopment that blends historic character with modern functionality. Spanning five levels with approximately 15,000 square feet per floor, the revitalized space is designed to accommodate retail, office environments, specialty shops, and a variety of mixed-use opportunities. Through thoughtful planning and design, BurWil Design incorporated principles of historic preservation and sustainability to reimagine the building while honoring its original architectural identity.
